Thanks for reaching out! Here's how delivery works for domestic orders:

Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Priority Shipping: Dispatched same day (excluding weekends & public holidays).

All orders are sent via Express Post from our Sydney dispatch centre. A tracking email will be sent as soon as your order is ready to ship, with a direct link to follow your parcel.

Masterclass Orders:

Online Masterclass packs are shipped ~4 days before the event, with tracking provided on dispatch.

In-Store Masterclass bookings don’t require a ticket — simply quote your name on arrival.

Please note: most parcels are delivered within 5 business days of the Auspost Expected Delivery date.
