Delivery timeframes
Orders are usually processed within 3 business days and are dispatched and delivered by Australia Express Post. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

Tracking
A tracking notification will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Here, you can track the progress of your parcel to your door with the latest scanning updates. 

Authority to Leave
Please note that Libertine orders do not have Authority To Leave. If no one is home to receive the package and there is no safe place to leave it, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest LPO or Local Parcel Exchange. In some instances, your parcel will be reattempted for delivery within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping
Libertine Parfumerie does not offer international shipping services.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes, Libertine orders are shipped via Australia Post and can be delivered to Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect addresses. Excludes Local Delivery orders.

Do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 is automatically applied at the checkout. Excludes same day Local Delivery orders, where a one-off shipping fee is determined by the carrier.

Match my Fragrance 
Adore your signature scent but craving something new in a similar vibe? Match It by Michael Edwards helps you find more of what you love. Simply enter the perfume your want to match, select from the options and, hey Presto, you have three new perfumes to explore! 

Libertine Samples
Our custom samples give you the chance to try your niche perfume before committing to the full-size fragrance. Select up to 4 scents and we'll top it up with 2 additional samples of the day for good measure. What's not to love? 

Discovery Sets 
Explore an extensive range of themed, seasonal, and brand-focussed sets.

Masterclasses
Our range of In-Store, Online and On-Demand masterclasses offer the chance to explore a cuared collection of of nich fragrances.

Can you help me choose a new Fragrance?

Yes! Perfumes covered by our Perfume Guarantee can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
