 Online orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. All online orders are sent by Express Post from our Sydney warehouse.

A tracking confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is ready to ship. Your email will contain a direct tracking link for your Express Post parcel. Simply follow the link for the latest scanning updates and progress of your parcel's journey. You can track your parcel without the need for an Australia Post account.

Please note that Online Masterclass packs are dispatched approximately one week prior to event. A tracking link will be sent as soon as it has been shipped. For In-Store Masterclass bookings, no physical ticket or e-ticket is generated. Simply quote your name on arrival.
