a. Libertine Birthday Sale is available to Libertine Parfumerie customers in Australia.
b. These Libertine Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions set out the conditions on which Libertine Parfumerie’s Birthday Sale offer is set and applies to eligible customers in Australia only.
c. These Terms, together with our Terms & Policies and any applicable laws and legislation, dictate the Libertine Birthday Sale Terms, and customers should read these carefully.
d. If you purchase during the Libertine Birthday Sale, you agree and consent to receiving communications from us via email, SMS and mail, including for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
e. When we refer to Libertine or Libertine Parfumerie (or we or us or our) in these Terms we mean Libertine Parfumerie (ABN 84 109 029 361).
2. AVAILABILITY
15% off storewide*. Starts 8:00 AM (Sydney Local Time) on Tuesday, 29 July 2025. Ends Midnight (Sydney Local Time) on Sunday, 3 August 2025. Offer available online at Libertine Parfumerie official website and in-store at Libertine Parfumerie Paddington (Sydney), Libertine Parfumerie New Farm (Brisbane) and Libertine Parfumerie Burwood (Sydney). Excludes the following brands: Astier de Villatte, Fornasetti, Penhaligon's, Creed - Please note: Creed purchases made via the official Libertine website are eligible for 30% bonus Libertine Rewards Points in lieu of the standard 15% product discount. Excludes Outlet and discounted products - no additional 15% discount is applied to items with existing discounts. Offer not available at Myer stores or Myer official website. Excludes Libertine Discovery Sets, eGift Cards, Gift Cards, Online Masterclasses, On-Demand Masterclasses, In-Store Masterclasses (Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth), Bridal Masterclass, Private Consultation, Duo Private Consultation. 3. SUSPENDED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The following products and services are unavailable during the Birthday Sale:

b. 3 Free Samples Offer - Please note 2 samples will be added to your order. No custom option is available at the checkout during the Birthday Sale. Samples are chosen at random and may include perfume, bath & body sachet, wax cameo or any other sample-sized goods. Subject to availability. Fulfilled at our discretion.
c. Gifts with Purchase
d. Perfume Guarantee - Sorry, this service is unavailable during the Birthday Sale. Therefore, a matching sample is not included with your perfume purchase. This means your purchase is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind.

4. VOUCHER CODE RESTRICTIONS
Voucher or promo codes cannot be applied in conjunction with the automatic 15% Birthday Sale discount, nor can they be used in place of it.
5. SHIPPING

- Orders under $100 – $12 Flat Rate

- Sydney Same-Day Local Delivery
The rates listed above exclude orders that do not contain physical items for shipping, such as eGift Cards, In-Store Masterclasses, and Private Consultations.
Please note that due to a high volume of orders during the Birthday Sale, delays to normal processing and dispatch times may apply. Once processed, online orders are dispatched by Express Post.
6. RETURNS
Libertine operates a no-return policy on all sale items. Therefore, your Birthday Sale purchase is considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any items due to unavailability or invalid use of voucher codes. If an item you have ordered is unavailable or deemed invalid, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a refund for the affected items.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We keep these Terms on the Libertine website for easy access. While we strive to keep changes to a minimum, updates are sometimes necessary, such as when there are changes in the law. Whenever we update these Terms, we will post the new version on the Libertine website and update the date above. For significant changes, we will provide you with prior notice.
Participating in the Libertine Birthday Sale after changes have been made means you accept the updated Terms.
