1. GENERAL
a. Libertine Black Friday Sale is available to Libertine Parfumerie customers in Australia.
b. These Libertine Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions set out the conditions on which Libertine Parfumerie’s Black Friday Sale offer is set and applies to eligible customers in Australia only.
c. These Terms, together with our Terms & Policies and any applicable laws and legislation, dictate the Libertine Black Friday Sale Terms, and customers should read these carefully.
d. If you purchase during the Libertine Black Friday Sale, you agree and consent to receiving communications from us via email, SMS and mail, including for purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.
e. When we refer to Libertine or Libertine Parfumerie (or we or us or our) in these Terms we mean Libertine Parfumerie (ABN 84 109 029 361).
2. AVAILABILITY
20% off storewide*. Starts Monday 25 November 2024 at 6:00pm AEDT. Ends Monday 2 December 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT. Offer available at Libertine Parfumerie Official website and in-store at Libertine Parfumerie Paddington Sydney, Libertine Parfumerie Burwood (Westfield) and Libertine Parfumerie New Farm Brisbane. Excludes Astier de Villatte. Excludes Creed (a seperate Gift with Purchase offer is available). Excudes Mystery Bundles. Excludes Amouage Essences collection. Excludes Outlet category products. Offer not available at Myer stores or Myer online. Excludes Libertine Discovery Sets, eGift Cards, Gift Cards, Online Masterclasses, On-Demand Masterclasses, In-Store Masterclasses (Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth), Bridal Masterclass, Private Consultation, Duo Private Consultation. While stocks last.
3. SUSPENDED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The following products and services are unavailable during the Birthday Sale:
a. Libertine Samples - Product unavailable during the Black Friday Sale.
b. 3 Free Samples Offer - Please note that a maximum of 2 samples will be added to your order. No custom option is available at the checkout during the Black Friday Sale. Samples are chosen at random and may include perfume, bath & body sachet, wax cameo or any other sample-sized goods. Subject to availability. Fulfilled at our discretion.
c. Gifts with Purchase - No Gift with Purchase offers are available during the Black Friday Sale.
d. Perfume Guarantee - Sorry, this service is unavailable during the Black Friday Sale. Therefore, a matching sample will not be included with your perfume purchase. This means your purchase is considered final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
e. Local Delivery - This service is unavailable during our Black Friday Sale 2024
4. VOUCHER CODE RESTRICTIONS
Voucher/promo codes are not valid for use during the Black Friday Sale and cannot be applied in place of, or in addition to, the automatic Black Friday 20% discount.
5. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees remain as stipulated in our Shipping & Delivery guidelines.
Order Value:
- Free Shipping for online orders of $100 or higher in value
- $12 for orders under $100 in value
(Excludes orders containing no physical items to be shipped - e.g. eGift Cards, In-Store Masterclasses, Private Consultations.)
Disclaimer: Please note that due to increased order volumes during the Black Friday Sale, delays to normal processing and dispatch times may apply. Once processed, online orders are dispatched by Express Post. Click & Collect is not available.
6. RETURNS
Libertine operates a no-return policy on all sale items. Therefore, your Black Friday Sale purchase is considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any items due to unavailability or invalid use of voucher codes. If an item you have ordered is unavailable or deemed invalid, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a refund for the affected items.
8. LIBERTINE REWARDS
AU$1=1pt. For every dollar you spend towards an Eligible Purchase during the Black Friday Sale, you'll earn 1 Standard Reward Point. For more on Eligible Purchases see Section 8 of Libertine Rewards Ts&Cs.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We keep these Terms on the Libertine website for easy access. While we strive to keep changes to a minimum, updates are sometimes necessary, such as when there are changes in the law. Whenever we update these Terms, we will post the new version on the Libertine website and update the date above. For significant changes, we will provide you with prior notice.
Participating in the Libertine Black Friday Sale after changes have been made to this article means you accept the updated Terms.
