Can I merge Rewards accounts or transfer Rewards Points?
Rewards Points are linked to the email address registered to your Libertine Rewards membership.
Can I transfer Rewards Points between accounts?
No.
Rewards Points cannot be transferred between separate Libertine Rewards accounts.
Can I combine Rewards Points from multiple accounts?
No.
Unfortunately, Rewards Points earned across different accounts cannot be consolidated.
To avoid missing Rewards Points, we recommend always shopping using the same email address linked to your Libertine Rewards membership.
Can my accounts be merged?
Yes.
If you've accidentally created multiple Libertine accounts, our Customer Care Team may be able to merge your account information.
Please note that while account details may be merged, Rewards Points earned across separate accounts cannot be combined.
