Can I transfer my Masterclass booking?

If you're unable to attend your Masterclass, you may wish to transfer your booking to another guest or, where eligible, transfer your booking to an alternative Masterclass experience.

Where possible, we'll do our best to accommodate transfer requests made prior to the event.

Transferring your booking to another guest

If you'd like someone else to attend in your place, please contact the store where your booking was purchased. For bookings made online, please contact our Customer Care Team before the Masterclass.

We'll advise whether your booking can be updated and whether any additional information is required.

Transferring your booking to another Masterclass

If you're unable to attend your booked Masterclass, you may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative Libertine Masterclass experience.

Transfer requests must be received within the applicable cancellation period for your Masterclass:

• In-Store Masterclasses: A minimum of five (5) business days before the event.
• Online Live Masterclasses: At least five (5) business days before the event, or before your sample pack has been fulfilled and dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Transfers are subject to availability and any difference in ticket price may be payable where applicable.

Online Masterclasses

If your Online Live Masterclass has already been booked under your name, we may also be able to provide the new attendee with their own access details where appropriate.

Changes after the event

Unfortunately, once a Masterclass has taken place, bookings cannot be transferred retrospectively.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Please contact us before your Masterclass and we'll be happy to assist with updating the booking where possible.

Can I transfer to another Masterclass?

Will my voucher also transfer?

Voucher eligibility remains subject to the terms and conditions of the individual Masterclass.
