How do I check my Rewards Points and current membership level?

Your Libertine account allows you to track your Rewards journey throughout the Rewards Year. You can view your current Rewards Points balance, check your membership level and monitor your progress towards your next Rewards milestone.

How do I check my Rewards Points?

Simply log in to your password-protected Libertine account.

From your account dashboard you'll be able to view:

  • Your current Rewards Points balance

  • Your membership level

  • Your online order history

Why can't I see my in-store purchases?

While online orders are displayed within your Libertine account, in-store purchases are not included in your online order history.

Rest assured, eligible in-store purchases still earn Rewards Points and are recorded against your Rewards membership.

Why have my Rewards Points reset?

Rewards Points reset to 0 at the beginning of each new Libertine Rewards Year.

The Rewards Year runs from 2 March to 1 March (inclusive).

This annual reset is expected and does not affect Rewards already earned during the completed Rewards Year or Gift Redemption invitations you've already received.

Why does my account say "Basic"?

Your membership tier is based on the Rewards Points earned during the current Rewards Year.

Rewards Points reset on 2 March each year, when all member accounts refresh for the new Rewards Year.

If you haven't yet reached Explorer (800 Rewards Points), your account will display Basic.

You'll automatically progress to Explorer once you've earned the required number of Rewards Points.

My points don't look right

If your Rewards Points don't appear as expected, it may be because:

  • You checked out as a guest online.

  • Your purchase was made using a different email address.

  • Your purchase was made at a non-participating retailer.

  • The purchase included excluded products or fees.

If you believe your Rewards Points are incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team.
