How do I earn Libertine Rewards Points?
Earn 1 Rewards Point for every $1 (AUD) spent on eligible purchases online and at participating Libertine locations.
As your Rewards Points accumulate throughout the Rewards Year, you'll progress through four exclusive membership levels — Explorer, Connoisseur, Curator and Privé — unlocking increasingly valuable Rewards and member benefits.
How many Rewards Points do I earn?
You'll earn:
$1 (AUD) = 1 Rewards Point
Points are awarded on eligible purchases only.
Which purchases earn Rewards Points?
Rewards Points are earned on eligible purchases made:
Online at libertineparfumerie.com.au
At Libertine flagship boutiques
At participating Myer counters
Rewards Points are awarded as soon as your eligible purchase has been completed.
Which purchases are excluded?
Rewards Points are not earned on:
Digital Gift Cards
Physical Gift Cards
Purchases made at David Jones
Purchases made at Myer Chadstone
Purchases made via the Myer website
Booking fees
Service fees
Shipping charges
What happens if I return or exchange an item?
If an eligible purchase is refunded, the Rewards Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If the refund occurs during a new Rewards Year, the deduction will be applied to your current Rewards Points balance and may result in a negative balance.
Where an item is exchanged, your Rewards Points will automatically be adjusted to reflect the value of the replacement purchase.
