How do I redeem my Libertine Rewards Gift Box?
Members who qualify for Explorer, Connoisseur, Curator or Privé are invited to redeem a complimentary Gift Box during each Gift Redemption Period.
Gift Boxes can be redeemed either online or in-store during the designated 14-day redemption window.
Redeeming online
To redeem your Gift Box online:
Add the Gift Box that corresponds to your membership level to your cart.
Enter your unique Gift Redemption Code at checkout.
Complete your order.
Your Gift Box will be applied free of charge.
Redeeming in-store
Visit any participating Libertine boutique or Myer counter during the Gift Redemption Period.
Present your unique Redemption Barcode to a Libertine team member to redeem your Gift Box.
Please note that Myer Chadstone and the Myer website do not participate in the Libertine Rewards programme.
How will I receive my Gift Redemption Code?
Eligible members will receive an email containing:
Gift Redemption Code
In-store Redemption Barcode
Redemption instructions
To receive these communications, you must remain subscribed to Rewards and Marketing Communications.
How long is my Gift Redemption Code valid?
Gift Redemption Codes are valid for the applicable 14-day Gift Redemption Period only.
Unfortunately, codes cannot be redeemed before or after this period.
Do Gift Boxes sell out?
Yes.
Gift Boxes are available while stocks last and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
While all eligible members are invited to redeem, availability cannot be guaranteed once stock has been exhausted.
We recommend redeeming your Gift Box as soon as you receive your invitation.
Can I receive 3 Free Samples with my Gift Box?
The complimentary 3 Free Samples offer does not apply where the Gift Box is the only item in your order.
To receive complimentary samples, simply add another eligible product to your cart.
