How does Libertine Rewards work?

Libertine Rewards is our complimentary loyalty programme, designed to reward your passion for fine fragrance. Earn 1 Rewards Point for every $1 (AUD) spent on eligible purchases and progress through four exclusive membership levels — Explorer, Connoisseur, Curator and Privé.

As you move through each level, you'll unlock increasingly exclusive benefits, including complimentary Gift Boxes, shipping privileges, exclusive events and more.

Whether you're joining for the first time, checking your Rewards Points or redeeming your Gift Box, you'll find everything you need to know below.



How Libertine Rewards works

Getting started is simple.

1. Join
 Create a Libertine account online or sign up in-store.

2. Earn
 Receive 1 Rewards Point for every $1 (AUD) spent on eligible purchases.

3. Progress
 Advance through four exclusive membership tiers — Explorer, Connoisseur, Curator and Privé.

4. Redeem
 Eligible members are invited to redeem a complimentary Gift Box during the two annual Gift Redemption Periods.



Joining Libertine Rewards

Joining Libertine Rewards is free and easy. Create a Libertine account online or register in-store to begin earning Rewards Points on eligible purchases.



Your Rewards Account

Your Libertine account allows you to track your Rewards journey. View your current Rewards Points balance, check your membership level and understand how your progress is measured throughout the Rewards Year.



Earning Rewards Points

Earn 1 Rewards Point for every $1 (AUD) spent on eligible purchases online and at participating Libertine locations. Learn which purchases qualify, when points are added and what may prevent points from being earned.



Membership Levels & Benefits

As your Rewards Points increase, you'll progress through four exclusive membership levels, each offering additional rewards and member benefits.

  • Explorer (Level 1)

  • Connoisseur (Level 2)

  • Curator (Level 3)

  • Privé (Level 4)



Rewards Year & Gift Redemption

Each Libertine Rewards Year runs from 2 March to 1 March and is divided into two Earning Periods, followed by two Gift Redemption Periods.

Your Rewards Points determine your membership level, while your points balance resets at the beginning of each new Rewards Year.



Redeeming your Gift Box

Members who qualify for Explorer, Connoisseur, Curator or Privé will receive a Gift Redemption Code for online redemption and a Redemption Barcode for in-store redemption during the applicable Gift Redemption Period.

Participating Stores

Libertine Rewards can be enjoyed online, in Libertine flagship boutiques and at participating Myer counters. Some locations are excluded from the programme.
