For the purpose of these terms and conditions, an In-store Masterclass refers to any masterclass event where physical attendance is required. This includes but is not limited to events held in our boutiques, at Myer or David Jones locations, or any other designated off-site venue.
1. Registration and Confirmation:
a. Registration for one of our in-store masterclasses confirms your attendance and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
b. Confirmation of registration will be sent via order confirmation email upon successful completion of the registration process. The name on the order will be automatically added to the guestlist. No physical ticket or e-ticket is issued. Simply quote your booking name on arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the masterclass will receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund.
c. Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email or phone call. Cancellations will not be accepted via social media platforms.
d. If your booking was made in-store, any cancelation request should be raised with the store location in question.
3. Rescheduling:
a. Participants may request to reschedule their attendance to a different date or time, subject to availability.
b. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original scheduled start time of the masterclass.
c. A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
4. Non-Attendance:
a. Failure to attend the masterclass without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
b. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance.
5. Instructor Cancellation:
a. In the unlikely event that the masterclass is cancelled by the instructor or organiser, participants will be notified promptly.
b. Participants will have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule their attendance to a future date.
6. Minimum Participation Requirement:
a. The masterclass requires a minimum number of participants to proceed as scheduled.
b. In the event that the minimum participation requirement is not met, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the masterclass.
c. Participants will be notified of any changes to the schedule or cancellation due to insufficient participation.
7. Liability:
a. The organiser is not liable for any costs incurred by participants due to cancellation, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation, or loss of income.
b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the masterclass.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Participants will be notified of any changes to their event via email.
By registering for any in-store masterclass, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
