Our annual Libertine Birthday Sale offers 15% off eligible products for a limited time.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout — no promo code is required.

Please review the information below before placing your order, as some products, services and promotions are unavailable during the Birthday Sale.

What are the Birthday Sale dates?

The 2026 Libertine Birthday Sale runs:

Starts: Tuesday, 28 July 2026 at 8:00 AM (Sydney Time)

Ends: Sunday, 2 August 2026 at 11:59 PM (Sydney Time)

The offer is available while stocks last.

Where is the Birthday Sale available?

The Birthday Sale is available:

• Online at the official Libertine Parfumerie website
• At Libertine Parfumerie Flagship Stores

The Birthday Sale is not available:

• At Myer counters
• On the Myer website

What products and brands are excluded?

The Birthday Sale does not apply to the following brands:

What changes during the Birthday Sale?

To help us process the increased volume of orders, some of our usual services are temporarily suspended during the Birthday Sale.

Libertine Sample Set

The Libertine Sample Set is unavailable during the Birthday Sale.

3 Free Samples

Our usual 3 Free Samples offer, available online, is temporarily modified.

Instead of selecting your own samples at checkout:

• Two complimentary samples will be included with eligible online orders.
• Samples are selected by our Fulfilment Team.
• Samples may include perfume, bath & body sachets, wax cameos or other sample-sized products.
• Sample selection is subject to availability and fulfilled at our discretion.

Gift With Purchase

All Gift With Purchase (GWP) promotions are suspended during the Birthday Sale. Please note that if you add a Gift With Purchase to your cart before the sale begins, it will not be fulfilled if the qualifying product is purchased during the sale period.

Perfume Guarantee

The Perfume Guarantee is unavailable during the Birthday Sale.

As a result:

• Matching perfume samples are not included with eligible perfume purchases.
• Birthday Sale purchases are considered final sale.
• Change-of-mind exchanges are unavailable.

Libertine Rewards Priority Shipping

Libertine Rewards Priority Shipping benefits for Level 3 and Level 4 Members are suspended during the Birthday Sale.

As a result:

• Level 3 and Level 4 Free Priority Shipping cannot be redeemed.
• Standard Birthday Sale shipping rates apply to all eligible orders.

Can I use voucher or promo codes?

No.

Voucher codes, promotional codes and other promotional offers cannot be used together with the automatic Birthday Sale discount.

The Birthday Sale discount cannot be exchanged for or replaced by another promotional offer.

What shipping options are available?

International Shipping

International shipping fees are calculated by DHL at checkout based on:

• shipment weight
• destination country
• applicable International Dangerous Goods and import requirements

Shipping rates listed above apply only to orders containing physical items. Orders containing only Digital Gift Cards, In-Store Masterclasses or Private Consultations do not incur shipping charges.

Will dispatch take longer?

Yes.

Due to increased order volumes during the Birthday Sale, processing and dispatch times may be longer than usual.

Once processed,  domestic online orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post.

Can I return or exchange Birthday Sale purchases?

Birthday Sale purchases are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind on items purchased during the Birthday Sale.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

What happens if an item becomes unavailable?

Occasionally an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed.

If this occurs, we'll contact you as soon as possible and process a refund for the affected item(s).

Orders may also be cancelled where voucher codes have been used incorrectly or do not meet the applicable promotional conditions.

Can these Terms & Conditions change?

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, including where required by changes to legislation or our promotional offers.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

By participating in the Birthday Sale after changes have been published, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a promo code?

No. The 15% Birthday Sale discount is applied automatically at checkout on eligible products.

Can I use my Libertine Rewards voucher?

No. Rewards vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the Birthday Sale unless expressly stated in the voucher's terms and conditions.

Can I use my Masterclass voucher?

No. Masterclass vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with the Birthday Sale unless expressly stated in the voucher's terms and conditions.

Why didn't I receive three free samples?

During the Birthday Sale, our usual 3 Free Samples offer is suspended.

Instead, two complimentary samples are selected and added by our Fulfilment Team.

Why didn't my perfume include a matching Perfume Guarantee sample?

The Perfume Guarantee is suspended during the Birthday Sale.

Matching samples are therefore not included with eligible perfume purchases.

Can I combine the Birthday Sale with other promotions?

No. The Birthday Sale cannot be combined with voucher codes, promotional offers or other discounts unless expressly stated.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has entered fulfilment, we're unable to guarantee cancellation or amendments. If your order has already been packed or booked for collection, it cannot be cancelled.
