Residents living in Sydney may be eligible for Same-Day Delivery according to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
Local Delivery Zone:
Available to shipping addresses situated within a 15-kilometre radius of Libertine's South Sydney warehouse qualify for Local Delivery. Local Delivery option will be presented to eligible addresses during the checkout process.
Local Delivery Last Orders and Expected Delivery:
Orders placed before 2pm (Sydney local time) Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day delivery. Local Delivery orders received after 2pm (Sydney local time) will be scheduled for delivery the following day. Local Delivery orders received after 2pm (Sydney local time) on Friday or last business day of any given week will be delivered the following Monday or the next business day. Timeframe guidelines exclude public holidays, weekends or periods of store closure.
An Expected Delivery window will be generated for your order upon selection of Local Delivery. This is a guide only and may vary depending on the driver or carrier. Local Delivery Expected Delivery window is approx. 90 mins from time of purchase.
Carriers & Delivery Partners:
Local Delivery services uses the following partners: Uber, Door Dash, Yellow, Sherpa, Zoom2u.
Delivery Fee:
A delivery fee will be charged and is determined by the carrier. The Local Delivery algorithm locates the nearest available driver, calculating the lowest fee.
The delivery fee is generated at the checkout and is itemised as part of your order value total.
Drivers:
Upon collection of your order, you will receive an SMS notification with a delivery ETA. If a driver cancels a job, a new driver will be assigned. In such cases, the delivery fee may be recalculated, and a new Expected Delivery window is generated.
Authority to Leave:
Local Delivery drivers DO NOT have Authority to Leave Local Delivery orders unattended. Non-attendance by the customer/receiver, or failure to meet the driver to collect an order will result in the order being returned to our dispatch center. In this case, a new driver will be assigned for redelivery. Redelivery is attempted once and once only. Failure to present or meet the driver on redelivery will result in the Local Delivery process being aborted and your order will be sent by Australia Post. In such cases, the customer/receiver is not entitled to a refund of the Local Delivery fee.
Where necessary, the driver may call the contact telephone number given on the order. Please ensure the contact number given on the order is that of the person receiving the order.
