1. Registration and Confirmation:

a. Registration for one of our online masterclasses confirms your attendance and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

b. Confirmation of registration will be sent via order confirmation email upon successful completion of the registration process. The name on the order will be automatically added to the attendee list. No physical or e-ticket is issued. You will receive instructions on how to join the online masterclass in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start time of the online masterclass is entitled to a full refund.

b. Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund.

c. Requests for cancellations must be submitted via email or phone call. Cancellations will not be accepted via social media platforms.

3. Rescheduling:

a. Participants may request to reschedule their attendance to a different date or time, subject to availability.

b. Rescheduling requests must be made at least one week prior to the original scheduled start time of the online masterclass.

c. A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made within one week of the original scheduled start time.

4. Non-Attendance:

a. Online masterclasses are not recorded. Failure to attend for any reason outside of the organiser's control, including poor internet connection or technological issues, will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

b. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be issued for non-attendance.

5. Instructor Cancellation:

a. In the unlikely event that the online masterclass is cancelled by the instructor or organiser, participants will be notified promptly.


b. Participants will have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule their attendance to a future date.

6. Minimum Participation Requirement:

a. The online masterclass requires a minimum number of participants to proceed as scheduled.

b. In the event that the minimum participation requirement is not met, the organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the masterclass.

c. Participants will be notified of any changes to the schedule or cancellation due to insufficient participation.

7. Liability:

a. The organiser is not liable for any costs incurred by participants due to cancellation, including but not limited to internet expenses, software requirements, or loss of income.

b. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and functioning technology to participate in the online masterclass.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

b. Participants will be notified of any changes to their event via email.




By registering for any online masterclass, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
