Purchase of sale items, discounted items, Outlet items, or items purchased through a specific promo or during a storewide sale period — such as Black Friday — are considered final sale and not valid for return, exchange, or refund.

Sampling Policy:

The sampling policy may be adjusted or suspended during sale periods. Free sampling at checkout may not be available or may be subject to different terms and conditions.

Refund Policy:

The refund policy may be modified during sale periods. Refunds may not be available for sale items or may be subject to different terms and conditions. No change of mind accepted.

Exchange Policy:

The exchange policy may be altered during sale periods. Exchange options for sale items may be limited or subject to different terms and conditions. No change of mind accepted.

Perfume Guarantee Terms:

The terms and conditions of the Perfume Guarantee may be amended during sale periods. Sale items, Outlet items, discounted items, or any item sold at below RRP in Australia at the time of purchase, is not eligible for Perfume Guarantee exchange.

Sale items, discounted items, Outlet items, or items purchased through a specific promo or during a storewide sale* period are not covered by Perfume Guarantee.
