Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

All online orders are shipped via Australia Post Express, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping

Cost: $12 for orders under $100
Free for Libertine Rewards Level 2 Members
Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days
Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days (via Australia Post)

Priority Shipping

Cost: $18
Free for Libertine Rewards Level 3 and Level 4 Members
Same-Day Dispatch: Available for orders placed before 2PM (Sydney local time)
Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days (via Australia Post)

Same-Day Local Delivery (Sydney Metro)

Cost: $15–$40 (calculated at checkout by our delivery partners)
Order Cut-off: 2PM (Sydney local time) for same-day delivery eligibility
Estimated Delivery Time: Within approximately 90 minutes of dispatch

Note: Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present, the parcel will be returned to the sender and re-delivery fees may apply.

Online Masterclass Packs

If you’ve registered for an Online Masterclass, your pack will be dispatched approximately one week prior to the event date. You’ll receive tracking information once your pack has been shipped.

Shipping Estimates & Liability

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and based on guidelines provided by Australia Post and our delivery partners. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Libertine is not responsible for delays within the Australia Post network, or for any delays, missed deliveries, or other issues caused by third-party delivery partners.

We recommend referring to Australia Post’s Delivery Speeds and Coverage Guidelines for the most up-to-date regional coverage and estimated shipping timeframes.

Shipping Amendments

Please note that shipping options cannot be amended once an online order has been submitted. We kindly ask you to review your shipping selection carefully before completing your checkout.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We keep these Shipping Terms & Conditions available on the Libertine website for your convenience. While we aim to maintain consistency, updates may be required from time to time—for example, to reflect changes in our delivery partners, shipping services, or applicable laws.

Whenever these Shipping Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on the Libertine website and the "Last Updated" date will be amended accordingly. If any significant changes are made, we will provide prior notice where appropriate.

By placing an order after these terms have been updated, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Shipping Terms. If you do not accept the changes, we recommend refraining from placing further orders until you are comfortable with the current version.
