What are the Libertine Rewards membership levels?
Libertine Rewards features four exclusive membership levels, each offering increasingly valuable benefits and experiences as your passion for fine fragrance grows.
Your membership level is determined by the total number of Rewards Points you earn during the current Libertine Rewards Year. As you progress through the programme, you'll unlock complimentary Gift Boxes, shipping benefits, exclusive experiences and priority access to the latest fragrance launches.
Explorer (Level 1)
800–1,499 Rewards Points
Explorer marks the beginning of your Libertine Rewards journey.
Once you've earned 800 Rewards Points, you'll unlock Explorer status and gain access to your first Rewards benefits.
As an Explorer, you'll enjoy:
Explorer Gift Box during each eligible Gift Redemption Period
Early access to selected new launches and exclusive offers
Connoisseur (Level 2)
1,500–3,499 Rewards Points
Connoisseur is designed for fragrance enthusiasts looking to enjoy even more exclusive Libertine Rewards benefits.
As a Connoisseur, you'll receive:

Curator (Level 3)

How is my membership level calculated?
Your membership level is based on the total number of Rewards Points earned during the current Libertine Rewards Year.
The Rewards Year runs from 2 March to 1 March (inclusive) and is divided into two Earning Periods.
If you qualify for Explorer, Connoisseur, Curator or Privé, you'll be invited to redeem your complimentary Gift Box during the relevant Gift Redemption Period.
When does my membership level change?
Your membership tier is assessed at the end of each Earning Period based on the total Rewards Points you've earned.
If you've reached a qualifying level, you'll receive an email confirming your membership level along with instructions on how to redeem your complimentary Gift Box.
To receive these communications, you must remain subscribed to Rewards and Marketing Communications.
Do my Rewards Points reset?
Yes.
Your Rewards Points balance resets to 0 at the beginning of each new Libertine Rewards Year on 2 March.
This annual reset is part of the Libertine Rewards programme and does not affect any Gift Redemption invitations you've already received for the completed Rewards Year.
