What happens if my Online Masterclass sample pack is delayed?
We understand that receiving your fragrance sample pack before your Online Masterclass is an important part of the experience.
While every effort is made to dispatch sample packs in time for your event, occasional shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control.
If your sample pack hasn't arrived before your Masterclass, we're here to help.
What should I do if my sample pack hasn't arrived?
If your sample pack hasn't arrived by the day of your Masterclass, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.

You're welcome to join the live Masterclass even if your sample pack has not yet arrived.
Where appropriate, Libertine may also offer an additional session or alternative solution to ensure you can fully enjoy your masterclass experience.
What if my parcel is delayed by the courier?
Once your sample pack has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier.
