If your Perfume Guarantee sample is missing, report the issue through our Contact Form. If your online order is covered by Perfume Guarantee and should have included a matching sample, we'll happily send one out to you immediately.

Please be aware that opening your full-size perfume will void Perfume Guarantee eligibility.
