Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days at our Sydney warehouse. Once dispatched, all online orders are sent via Australia Post Express. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Guide

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes for metro areas.

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $12 on orders under $100 (Free for Libertine Rewards Level 2 Members)

  • Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 1–3 business days (via Australia Post)


Priority Shipping

  • Cost: $18 (Free for Libertine Rewards Level 3 and Level 4 Members)

  • Order Before 2PM (Sydney local time): Eligible for same-day dispatch. If your order falls on a weekend or NSW Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

  • Shipping Time: 1–3 business days (via Australia Post)


Same-Day Local Delivery (Sydney Metro)

  • Cost: Between $15–$40 (calculated at checkout by our delivery partners)

  • Order Before 2PM (Sydney local time): Eligible for same-day delivery. If your order falls on a weekend or NSW Public Holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Within approx. 90mins

  • Note: Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as parcels cannot be left unattended and will be returned to sender. For more see Local Delivery.


International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to a wide range of countries and territories.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and your delivery country or region.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Varies by destination.

  • Tracking: A DHL tracking email will be sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees as determined by their country’s regulations.
