How does Same-Day Local Delivery work in Sydney?

Customers located within parts of Sydney may be eligible for Same-Day Local Delivery, with orders typically delivered within approximately 90 minutes from dispatch.

Local Delivery is available to addresses located within 15 kilometres of our Rosebery warehouse, depending on driver availability at the time of ordering.

Who is eligible for Same-Day Local Delivery?

Addresses located within a 15-kilometre radius of our Rosebery warehouse may qualify for Same-Day Local Delivery.

If your address is eligible, the Local Delivery option will appear at checkout, along with an estimated delivery window.

What is the Same-Day Local Delivery cut-off time?

Orders placed before 1pm (Sydney Time) Monday–Friday qualify for Same-Day Local Delivery.

Orders placed:

• After 1pm Monday–Thursday will be delivered the following day

• After 1pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday or next business day

Which courier partners deliver Same-Day orders?

Local Delivery may be fulfilled by one of the following courier partners:

• Uber

• DoorDash

• Yellow

• Sherpa

• Zoom2u

Our system automatically selects the nearest available driver to complete the delivery.

How much does Same-Day Local Delivery cost?

Delivery fees vary depending on distance and courier availability.

Our delivery system identifies the nearest available driver and calculates the lowest available delivery fee, which is displayed at checkout before completing your order.

The delivery fee is itemised separately from your order total.

How will I know when my order is on the way?

Once your order has been collected, you will receive an SMS notification from the courier with an estimated delivery time.

If a driver is unable to collect the delivery, a new driver will be assigned and an updated delivery window will be generated.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. Authority to Leave is not permitted for Same-Day Local Delivery orders.

Someone must be present to meet the driver at the delivery address.

If the driver cannot complete the delivery, they will attempt to contact the recipient. If contact cannot be made, the delivery will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

Is Same-Day Local Delivery available during sales?

No. Same-Day Local Delivery is suspended during storewide sale periods.

During these times, standard shipping options will remain available.
