What is the Libertine Perfume Guarantee?
The Libertine Perfume Guarantee is our exchange-only service, designed to help you purchase fragrance online with confidence. Eligible perfume purchases include a matching sample, allowing you to experience the scent before opening the full-size bottle. Should the fragrance not be the perfect fit, you may request an exchange of your unopened perfume in accordance with the Perfume Guarantee terms.

How does the Perfume Guarantee work?
Eligible perfume purchases include a matching sample.
If the fragrance isn’t right for you, you can initiate an exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Our team will respond within three business days with the next steps.
Am I eligible for Perfume Guarantee?
To qualify:
- Full-size perfume 30ml or larger
- Purchased at full RRP
- Online orders only
- Outside storewide sale periods
- One exchange per order number
The perfume must be:
- Unopened, in good condition
- In original packaging
- With cellophane intact
Returns showing signs of resealing, damage or mishandling will not qualify.
Can I exchange for a different price?
Yes.
You may exchange for a perfume of equal or greater value.
If the replacement perfume is more expensive, we will send a secure payment link for the balance.
Promotional discounts do not apply to exchanges.
What must be returned for an exchange?
To qualify for exchange, you must return:
- The unopened perfume
- Any Gift With Purchase associated with the item
If your replacement perfume qualifies for the same gift, it may be retained.
What products are excluded from Perfume Guarantee?
Perfume Guarantee applies only to wearable perfumes 30ml or larger purchased at full price.
It excludes:
- Outlet items
- Storewide sale items
- Products listed below Australian RRP
- Attars Collection by Amouage
Are perfumes purchased with a welcome 10% code eligible for the Perfume Guarantee?
Yes.
Using a 10% welcome code does not affect eligibility for the Perfume Guarantee.
Where do I send my return?
Please submit your Perfume Guarantee request first.
Our team will provide return instructions once your exchange is approved.
Is there a cost to return the perfume?
Yes.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return postage for Perfume Guarantee exchanges. Prepaid labels are not provided.
Can I keep the sample?
Yes.
The matching sample included with your order is complimentary and does not need to be returned.
Will I receive new samples with my exchange?
No.
Perfume Guarantee exchanges do not include additional complimentary samples, and a second matching sample will not be issued.
Perfume Guarantee is valid once per order.
