Libertine Parfumerie hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if a product is faulty* we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on goods returned to us within seven days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. 

ONLINE
Report an Issue
To report an issue you can send us a message via the Contact Us form or login to the Order Management Portal and Report Issue for your chosen order. Please quote your order number in the subject and attach any images that support your case. If your goods are deemed to be faulty we will issue a shipping label for you to return your goods to us.

Exchanges
While we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, your perfume may be covered by our Perfume Guarantee. To find out more and to submit an exchange request visit Perfume Guarantee

*Faulty goods are products that have been manufactured incorrectly, and do not include items damaged by misuse or mishandling. Reformulation of a perfume is not considered a valid reason for return.
