What if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
If your product has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, we can offer a refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
To report a faulty item from an online order:
- Submit a request via our Contact Us form, or
- Log into the Order Management Portal and select Report Issue
Please include:
- Your online order number
- Clear supporting images
If the return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label.
What is considered a faulty product?
Faulty goods refer to manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse or perfume reformulation is not considered a fault.
