How It Works:

Included in your Libertine Parfumerie online order, we’ll include a matching perfume sample alongside your perfume (30ml or larger) purchase. If, after trying your sample, you decide the fragrance is not for you, simply let us know by starting your Perfume Guarantee exchange. Our customer care team will respond to your request within 3 business days of submission, detailing next steps, including information on where to return your perfume. By purchasing a qualifying Perfume Guarantee perfume, you agree to the below conditions for exchange.

Return Policy:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

Eligibility:

Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging. Exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised and where there is evidence that the cello-wrap (where applicable) has been opened and resealed. Perfume to be returned must be 30ml or larger. Your perfume exchange choice must be 30ml perfume or larger. No returns on sale items, discounted items or Outlet items. RRP only. This offer is valid for Libertine online orders only.

Process:

Start your Perfume Guarantee exchange through the official request portal. Await a response within 3 business days. Follow the instructions provided for returning your perfume. Libertine does not cover cost of return. Libertine does not accept responsibility for any delays on the Australia Post network, or your chosen courier or shipping service. Tracking email will be sent when your replacement perfume has been approved and is ready to ship.

Exchange:

Upon successful return and verification of the eligibility criteria, an exchange will be processed as per our standard policies. Exchange process estimated 7 days from date return item is received.

Refund:

No refunds are offered. Exchange only. 

Limitations:

Only one Perfume Guarantee exchange is permitted per qualifying order. Libertine Parfumerie reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above or if foul play is suspected. 

Exclusions:

Only Perfumes 30ml or larger purchased at RRP (Recommended Retail Price) are valid for Perfume Guarantee exchange.

e. Outlet:

Items in our Outlet category. These items are discounted to clear and are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges are available for any goods in this category.

f. Storewide Sales & Promotions:

Items discounted as part of a storewide* sale, e.g., Black Friday

Any product discounted and/or sold below RRP

'Storewide sale' refers to promotions that apply to all, most, or selected brands and/or products participating in any given sale or promo period.

These exclusions are applicable to the Perfume Guarantee exchange program.

Modification of Terms:

Libertine Parfumerie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
