Faulty Products:

We can exchange the faulty product for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
Replacement:
Alternatively, we can provide you with a replacement for the faulty product.
Return Period:
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement, please ensure that you return the faulty product to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Such returns will only be accepted if the item has been lightly sampled.
Exclusions:
Change of Mind - Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or mishandling. It is important to follow any product instructions carefully to prevent damage.
Outlet - Please note that Outlet items are discounted for clearance and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind. Kindly note that our Perfume Guaurantee service is not available with perfumes purchased through the Outlet.
Sale Periods - Please note that items purchased during sale events, such as our Birthday Sale or Black Friday, are offered at a promotional discount and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind. Additionally, our Perfume Guarantee service does not apply to items purchased during these sale periods.
Reporting Faults and Returning Goods:
If you believe your product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please see Returns & Exchanges for full details on how to return your goods. Faulty products exclude those damaged by misuse or mishandling.
