Libertine Parfumerie hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if a product is faulty* we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on goods returned to us within 30 days of receipt. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, on products purchased from our Outlet, or any product purchased during a storewide sale period.

Report an Issue
To report an issue you can send us a message via the Contact Us form or login to the Order Management Portal and Report Issue for your chosen order. Please quote your order number in the subject and attach any images that support your case. If your goods are deemed to be faulty we will issue a prepaid shipping label for you to return your goods to us. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Such returns will only be accepted if the item has been lightly sampled.

PERFUME GUARANTEE EXCHANGE
While we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, your perfume may be covered by our Perfume Guarantee. To find out more and to submit an exchange request visit Perfume Guarantee

Please note that Outlet items are marked down for clearance and are considered final sale. As a result, returns are not accepted on these items.

*Faulty goods are products that have been manufactured incorrectly, and do not include items damaged by misuse or mishandling. Reformulation of a perfume is not considered a valid reason for return.
