What is Perfume Guarantee?

Finding the right perfume isn't always easy. 

That’s why we’ve created Perfume Guarantee, the fuss-free way to exchange your perfume if you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase. 

How it works 

1. Included in your Libertine Parfumerie online order, we’ll include a matching perfume sample alongside your perfume (30ml or larger) purchase. 
2. If, after trying your sample, you decide the fragrance is not for you, simply let us know by starting your Perfume Guarantee exchange. 
3. Our customer care team will respond to your request within 3 business days of submission, detailing next steps, including information on where to return your perfume.
   
   

Please note that returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

To be eligible

• Your perfume must be unopened and remain sealed in its original packaging (exchanges will not be considered where packaging has been damaged or compromised and where there is evidence that the cello-wrap (where applicable) has been opened and resealed). 
• Perfume to be returned must be 30ml or larger
• No returns on sale items or Outlet items
• Libertine online orders only
