Can I exchange my perfume?

Yes! If your order arrived with a matching Perfume Guarantee sample, and your perfume remains unopened, unused and sealed in it's original packaging, you can submit a Perfume Guarantee exchange request. To find out more about the conditions for excha

Can I apply more than one discount code to my online order?

No. A maximum of one discount code can be applied to your online order at the checkout.

Do you have Click & Collect?

No. Libertine does not offer a Click & Collect service. All Libertine online orders will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.

How do I return my Libertine Myer order?

Do you price match?

No. While we strive to provide added value through ongoing offers, complimentary sampling* and ever-changing Gift with Purchase promotions, Libertine does not price match on request.

Can I combine more than one offer code?

No. A maximum of one eligible offer code can be applied to an online order.

Can I redeem my voucher code and a Gift with Purchase on the same online order?

No. A voucher code cannot be redeemed in addition to a Gift with Purchase offer. In this instance, you will need to choose to redeem either your voucher code or the Gift with Purchase. Both cannot be redeemed on the same online order. If your order q

Can I redeem my code towards items already discounted?

No. Redemption codes are only valid towards full-price items. Discounted items, Outlet items, or any items reduced as part of a storewide* sale period such as Black Friday, are not valid for code redemmtions.
