Returns, Exchanges & Perfume Guarantee
Libertine Parfumerie offers support for returns and exchanges depending on the item, purchase channel and reason for return. This section covers faulty or damaged items, sale and Outlet exclusions, in-store purchase guidance and our online-only Perfume Guarantee exchange service.
Before you open your perfume
Before opening your full-size perfume, please test the included matching sample first. Perfume Guarantee exchanges can only be accepted if the full-size perfume remains unopened, sealed and in its original packaging.
What is the Libertine Perfume Guarantee?
The Libertine Perfume Guarantee is our exchange-only service, designed to help you purchase fragrance online with confidence. Eligible perfume purchases include a matching sample, allowing you to experience the scent before opening the full-size bottle. Should the fragrance not be the perfect fit, you may request an exchange of your unopened perfume in accordance with the Perfume Guarantee terms.
